Pub Agreement Check

Review your Agreement – (Pubs Only)

The following steps will help you get the best results.

STEP ONE: Prepare your Tenancy or Lease

For best results make sure your agreement is in a PDF format to use our exclusive pub agreement checking tool, if your agreement is already saved as a PDF go to step two. If your agreement is currently in a different format, please convert it to PDF using our conversion tool. Then save it on your device as you will need it in step two

STEP Two: Check your agreement – (no payment required for IPA members)

Use the tool in the window below by uploading your Agreement PDF, click to analyse and wait for the results. Processing times can vary depending on the length and complexity of your agreement but you will get a very detailed and precise answers taken from the documents you uploaded so its well worth the wait (1-4 mins). See an example report here
Note that you will be able to download the results – just look for the Export CSV download icon top right above your answers.

VIEWING THE RESULTS:

Processing times can vary, accuracy not speed is the priority so allow up to 5 minutes. Do not refresh the page or move off the page whilst waiting for your results or you may have to start again. The findings are under the first “tab”, the second “tab” is the document, you can scroll up and down the results and see your answers for each question. Selecting any of the numbered citations will “jump” you to the source of the answer under the document tab, this allows you to validate each answer.

NOTE:

Sometimes the “jump” from the findings to the document does not always line up and you may inadvertently be taken to a different part of the document and see no highlighted results, this is because some web browsers try to resize the “view”. To overcome this you can scroll to the correct page – for ease the page number with the answer is shown top left of the document tab e.g. 7/50 so use an up or down arrow to jump to the page then scroll back or forwards one page and the result will be highlighted

Use the download icon next to “export csv” to save a copy of the results in a spreadsheet, these answers will not be dynamic so take screenshots of any particular sections you want to refer to later on.
